SUNDAY WORSHIP
Every Sunday morning at 11 AM we worship as an expression of reverence and thanksgiving to God Almighty. When we worship with an obedient heart and an open and repentant spirit, God is glorified, Christians are purified, the church is edified and the lost are evangelized. Everyone is invited to join us for worship.
BIBLE STUDY
Bible Study is the second part of our 5 PM Wednesday service. We study the Bible because it is God's very words to us. God answers many of life's great questions in scripture: What is the purpose to life? Where did I come from? Is there life after death? How do I get to heaven? The Bible gives much practical advice in areas such as: What do I look for in a mate? How can I have a successful marriage? How can I be a good friend? How can I be a good parent? What really matters in life?
SHARE & PRAYER
A unique element of Sunday worship at CVBC is sharing of God's working in our individual lives and requesting God's grace and mercy for our needs. We begin our 6 PM Wednesday service with the same Share & Prayer in an informal and open setting.
JUNIOR CHURCH
We begin our Sunday morning worship together in the sanctuary. The Pastor provides a short Children's sermon and then dismisses the youth to the Junior Church session in the fellowship hall. Junior Church is structured with prayer, a prepared lesson, Bible reading and crafts for a wide range of ages.
GIVE A DONATION
CVBC operates on the tithes and offerings of the members and friends of the church. We graciously accept donations from members of the community to support our ministries and projects. However, the greatest gift of all is YOUR TIME.
